I know after having a 30 day break from cycling recently that my appetite is a lot smaller but will ramp up now Im back on the bike for commuting.
Its another reason its IMPOSSIBLE to get fat on fruit in the long run. Its just not possible to eat the amounts that lead to fat gain. Another reason nobody has gotten that $10 000US off me lol!
Reality is that if you do fruit long enough, your gonna get so lean that your gonna struggle to get enough cals from fruit.
I eat dates and bananas daily so I can keep the high energy lifestyle going. Otherwise my motivation to contribute drops away and I want to be a hermit lol!
