30 Bananas a Day!

Hey friends! Wow I feel like its been so long since I've posted on  here. Basically, I fell off the fruity wagon and couldnt seem to get back up. Lately I've been craving fruit like crazy so I thought maybe I could give this another try. I'm not giving up on this baby! However, my main concern is that I will go through the same symptoms as before and fall off again. The biggest thing that caused me to fall off was not that it was difficult and I didnt want to put in the effort because I really did! It was because at a certain point around 1 month into my attempt I started to feel really nauseous at the thought of fruit. I couldnt even stand the smell of mangoes! Has anyone at all experienced this? I mean I literally got to the point where I couldnt even eat. I lost my appetite completely. I was worried that if I kept going I would just end up bingeing on a bunch of crap food.

I really want to try this again. I have said on here time and time again and I know it in my heart that this is the perfect way to eat for us! I thank everyone for the wonderful support and encouragement and any tips you can share or advice you can give on how to stick it outwould be humbly accepted! :)

For a few weeks I really didnt crave food but all of the sudden its like BOOM! all I can think about is fruit! I never get tired of oranges and orange juice. I wasnt able to eat any bananas for a while but now when I see perfectly ripened nanas my mouth waters. I've been craving peaches and cherries. YUM! Thanks for the wonderful advice! :)

Thats what made me stop eating the fruity way for a while. I wondered why that happened for me. I figured that with fruit you could never have too much. I see the people who have been doing it for years and I want to do that too! I just dont understand why I got so sick of them while others that I read about seem to never get tired of them! I hope I can get this right this time around

Balance it out with leafy greens.  Especially when you are starting out on 811rv.  You need the balance of both.  Salads, green smoothies, salads and green smoothies with fruit.  Seems like you might have been out of balance and your body shut off.

I do a minimum of a lb of greens a day.  I do a V6 juice with a lb of leafy greens in it in the late morning after my fruit-based smoothie and more of it in the early afternoon.  Then a salad in the evening or something that has a lot of greens and vegies.

While you're still in your pro-fruit phase, consider going off to banana island for a bit (or the fruit of your choice).

you know, I actually thought about that! I just worry that I'll get sick of bananas really quickly lol. Today  I sat down to a big fruit bowl that had a big variety of fruit. I know mono-meals are best but maybe I need to build up to that or something. It wsa very enjoyable to have mango, orange, banana, apricots all together. For dinner I had a peach, 8 oz of figs, a bowl of cherries and a big glass of fresh squeezed OJ. I'll probably have a green juice in a bit. I am interested in mono island though. I've heard that Freelee started off that way. I guess I just worry about how I would get a variety of nutrients if I'm only eating one type of fruit all day every day.

Your food combining skills are off. Terribly off.

my goodness I am sure they are! Buuuut, I think its more important for me to eat mostly fruit at the moment than worry about food combining etc. Baby steps :)
