For the past week or so, I've been pretty sick with severe hives all over my body. Due to this, I'm really not eating much, if at all. I feel fine (except for being sick), my blood sugar is fine and I have energy....no dizziness, no cloudiness in my brain. I've been sleeping a lot, however. Should I try to stuff the calories in, or should I let it be? I'm just not hungry and usually my appetite is pretty huge.

others might not agree with me, but if your not hungry, your body doesnt want food. Im guessing it wants to heal you, not waste its time digesting! if your worried about nutriants or cals though you can always do yourself a green or fruit juice, and if you do get hungry, eat hight cal foods like bananas. hope your feeling better soon :)
