Sorry guys, I don't know if I can do this diet anymore. It's too much sugar. Hard to believe in any diet. I'm going back to some more salads and low glycemic fruits and foods that are just more on the lower level like oatmeal or something. Man oh man, it's been rough for me. I just wish these problems would go away, I'm in too much pain, every day I'm hoping it's not the last.

That's hilarious! I could see someone saying that! I had a lot of chest pain while excercising when I was a smoker too! hahaha.
Harely, you've heard many others that think that they are having hypoglycemia? The docs said it was fine. Doesn't it go down if one is not eating much? How does a person test it efficiently? Thanks
Permalink Reply by Datiger on March 19, 2012 at 4:42pm So I've been noticing all my teeth have been hurting really bad, especially with dates, so I started just blending and juicing, but still being cautious of consuming too quickly. I've added water with all my foods to dilute them and it seems not as bad. Also I've been taking a lot of breaks from things that I do during the day and kind of look out, so I'm not always looking in. It seems like I've been making some better changes. I've been more isolated though lately. I've learned not to be dumb and try to go out and then get an attack. I have to start being a little more active around the house when I can :)
Permalink Reply by Rawfruitygoddess on March 19, 2012 at 5:17pm Get active as much as possible.Have you considered B12 shots? green smoothies,so you have a smoothie full of minerals and vitamins with fruits and greens and water.Be patient, keep it simple and be consistent. What's your alternative?Chopping and changing just leaves your body real confused and slows down your healing.
Permalink Reply by Datiger on March 19, 2012 at 5:41pm I grabbed a b12 vitamin supplement. Where does one go to get the b12 shots? Yea, I've gotta get active!!! I only wish I can start running again!!!! :) Would be extremely liberating!

Permalink Reply by Trevor Gates on March 19, 2012 at 5:27pm Alcohol abuse: Yes! Alcohol does very much the same thing to your pancreas as it does to your liver(and other organs) It "thrashes" them!
It took time to thrash your body and it will take time to heal it.
Also protein in excess will also "thrash" your organs. You really don't need that much and there IS enough in fruits and veggies.
Permalink Reply by Datiger on March 19, 2012 at 5:43pm :) Yup! Yup! Takes a long time to damage a body, but when it gets to be damaged, it will take time to get back :) Gotta keep working at it and getting stronger physically and mentally! Thanks Trevor!
Permalink Reply by IandIeatFruit on August 24, 2012 at 2:09am Good that you didn't give up man. I'm pretty much at the same boat. My guts are trashed and my organs have taken some heavy beating too. I ate so bad diet from the beginning when I was a child and continued screwing everything up when I grew older. Thanks to the fact that I never had anyone to look up to in these things as my parents have failed with their diets also and drinking habits.
Now Im trying to build everything back but it takes time..time and more time. No pain no gain they say :P There is no other way to heal the body than this. Meat and other crap is just going to dig your crave even deeper.
