Permalink Reply by Luna Leaf on December 15, 2012 at 10:18am Hi Kristjan.
How long had you been in training to achieve this time. I ask because I've been in training for 4 weeks and I've managed to run 10km (VERY MUCH t my surprise), but because I haven't had anything to measure my achievements against (although I VERY happy with my runs) I can only assume the time I've achieived of 53 mins. is below or average time.
I'm sure you understand my questions (as we've all been there) and would really appreciate your feedback on my performance.
If you want any more info. on my progress, please email me.
regards ...

Permalink Reply by Dan Paulson on January 28, 2013 at 7:31pm Great Job! I'm still really slow, but I am amazed how fruit has helped my endurance. I went from running less than 2 miles to more than 6 miles in about 3 weeks.
