30 Bananas a Day!

I know acne improves on this lifestyle, what about stretch marks?

I've had them since I was 15, and I can't help but wonder if sticking to this lifestyle can reap some rewards in that area. Say maybe coupled with massage and daily moisturization. Skin softens, blemishes clear, faster regeneration of cells take place, it would make sense if you see a improvement in their appearance too.. Im wondering if anyone has experienced a legitament improvement in the appearance of their stretch marks while on this lifestyle, please share!

Surprisingly enough the stretchmarks (I had pretty mild ones, on my butt) were one of the first changed I noticed after going LFRV. After that, it was super super smooth skin. I have ZERO stretchmarks now :).

Wow that's awesome! I think Lauren brings up a good point though, we're yours still pink or were they white?

Well... I think it might depends on if they're new or old. New are purple or red, and old are white. And they're like scars once they're white I think... so scars don't heal do they? I have white ones of my stomach and boobs and have since I was 12 or 13, they've never gone away.

Actually if you able to initiate a healing response within the body, the body will begin repairing old damaged tissue as if it were a new wound/scar. So even if you have white stretch marks, you can still get the body to recognize the damaged tissue, and cause it to refocus on unfinished work it had put aside long time ago. I am not saying the scar will ever completely go away, but even white stretch marks can fade even further so they are less noticeable .

Yes!  I lost 65 lbs since last November.  My skin is tightening from my face down and I no longer have the walrus neck I had when I was over weight.  My cottage cheese looking areas are going, going, gone and my stretch marks, discolorations, and even scars are disappearing.
