I just had to share this with someone who cares!

I can tell summer is finally starting to roll around again, as I just bought a 32.4 lb watermelon for just $6 USD. I am just super excited and wanted to ask you what fruit seasons do you eagerly await and why?

Watermelon Season!

I would eat a huge watermelon every single morning for breakfast, but those non-organic, non-sweet, unripe, pale pink, mushy, grown in a hot house, seedless, winter watermelons just aren't the same, so I only eat watermelons when they are in season...

I can't wait to sink my teeth into some juicy, bright red, summer watermelons! I will probably eat at least 100 watermelons this summer :)

I love discussions like this! To answer your question- I have been eagerly awaiting peach season =] They're starting to show up now, but I'm waiting til the end of summer when the good ones really start to come out. I can't wait to make banana-peach ice cream!

Yeah for watermelons! I really look forward to cherry season. I can eat lbs and lbs of those! I especially love Raniers :)

I LOVE cherries. I just got my first bag of the year $10. It's worth it though. I am planting cherry trees this year.

Hell yeah!!!

I've been waiting for the dang watermelons all winter long!!!

Now they're here for 5.99 at Costco nice 20-22lb ones!!

Sometimes I eat nothing else but wm for days!!!!:)

Right now, cantaloupes and water melons are amazing! And my first case of Earth bananas in over 6 months just came in this morning, I am tearing up right now, I really actually am, lol! :D

I get excited thinking about red grape season! and the same for valencia season! We have had serious problems in Missouri with our local watermelon crop for 2 years in a row, I am so hoping this year we will get a good crop because there is nothing like a good local watermelon grown on a well cared for small farm!!! Cherry season is pure heaven! Peach season is amazing! Mango seasons are luscious!
