Interesting is, in winter I naturally eat more greens and little more fat and less sugar and little lower in calories(but because I was more faster full, coz move less) and I keep my weigh quite the same... In summer I go fruit and nearly no overfats naturally and move more and more and increase.......
I wonder what was the issue in here. She always eat way low fat and enough calorie and move so much...

Coz on a 100%raw I go I simply dont evereat in the long run, you cant, you feel it if you feel energy and eat pure no condiments....No? That is what is my issue and start to work.
