How can this be? I eat until I'm full, and sometimes beyond; mostly mono-meals and I feel my belly and abdomen expand, yet at the same time I feel hollow, hungry and almost panicky for more food. What's up with this?
I drink plenty of water in the morn and throughout the day (between 2-3 liters); eat fruit during the day hours (mostly mono meals of blueberries, grapes, apples, oranges, bananas, kiwis, strawberries, pineapples, mangos). and throw in a couple of green smoothies throughout the day. I eat a huge tossed salad with tomatoes, cukes, 1/4 avocado (sometimes), sprouts, baby greens, and spinach - topped with citrus juice for my final meal. I eat about 1,500 - 1,900 calories per day (I'm only 5'). I do drink hot tea each now and again and sometimes decaf coffee - but not on a daily basis - and no connection that I can see. My blood sugars stay fairly consistent between 88-91 pre and post prandial. :)
Has anyone here experienced this before? It feels like real, physical hunger - not emotional. This is really annoying! Any feedback would be most welcome!!

Im on my month 4 of my second try lfrv and i had this feeling at the very beginning, then it went away, and now its about noon here and i have 30 tangerines and 12 bananas in my belt. STILL HUNGRY. (been having this for the last week at least)
the thing that resonated the most for me is that maybe im missing some essential nutrient, and im not getting it, i wonder which.
