30 Bananas a Day!

So we did the ladies. Now time for the fellas.

Everyone comes from a unique background but if you train and eat the same as those below, you will eventually get the same results. That could be obesity, early death or super strong lungs or arms.

Bloated, doughy or end up obese: On this lifestyle impossible to stay bloated, doughy or end up obese in 10years.

Steroid death: Impossible to gain as much muscle as rapidly as a steroid user.

GYM RAT/ALL ROUNDER: easy to gain natural levels of muscle if you eat, sleep and train enough.

Fat Bastard: DEFINITELY possible if you buy a fat costume or eat KFC wearing your 30BaD clothing.

Calorie restrictor: Easy to become anorexic if you think calorie restriction is healthy/spiritual. To drop strength and sex drive just drop overall carb cals.

Cardio Kingz: Easy to be a cardio king if you get enough cals and train smart and consistent.

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE! DURIANRIDERS WAY OR ITS THE HIGHWAY!

(jk, seriously though, this photo mix reflects what happens long term. Time will vary depending on the persons background and drive but good things come to those consistent with good habits..)

lol! I was wondering where people were getting the numbers from! I was like 'I didnt put any numbers on my poster??'

I have photoshop, so it made the job easy.

How do you take someone from a 2 to a 3 if they are not ready to commit to 100% fruits/raw? plain cooked carbs like rice and sweet potatoes?? And in what quantities?
