I am still very new to eating 80/10/10 and truly loving every day that I wake up and choose to stay with this lifestyle. Its funny how over many years I would laugh while eating a mango or something saying that I could live on fruits and vegetable. Little did I know at that time I really can .... At any rate, I am still trying very hard to understand the food combining since some charts have some foods in different spots. ie one on one chart may be acid and on another its a sub acid. I have come to the conclusion to just eat what is inside each box rather than mixing any boxes since it just makes it less complicated. Also am I understanding it right that my "greens" can be mixed with any type fruits? Last, I see it says to always eat melons alone. Does that mean I can mix only the melons or litterly only eat each melon separately?
