I would like to start training for triathlon. I'm a runner (I run 45-65km/week) but lately I've been very interested in triathlon! My first mini-tri (TriForFun in Helsinki; 300m swim, 10km cycling, 3km running) is in August.
So basically my question is, how should I start training all the three sports? My next goal after the TriForFun-race is Half distance. And maybe some day even Ironman! You never know;)
Anyone, any tips or advices for me?
Thanks!

Consistent training is key and building up your volume around 10% each week. So 80km on the bike a week can be 90km next week etc.
11km running can be 12km next week etc.
This way of eating and living best supports drug free athletic growth in individuals. 1000%.
