Cool Harley - thanks. From my experience it's all about consistency and eating high carb low fat plants....
I was exercising in the am's ... was not enjoying that.... if I get a chance to get out on my bike during the week... I go for it..... otherwise to do some bouncing and regular isometrics... have always enjoyed them....
I will run the stairs at work - walk around the block with the guys, foot race with the kids....etc... it all adds up.
Carbs - plenty... mostly fruit - am still not 100%.... liking the taters a bit too much I guess.... ;~) not optimal - but I seem to do OK with the current plan.... I eat the rainbow....most of it raw.

LOL "I go out on my bike and be a dickhead" Every time I watch, that part cracks me up. I do train a lot now that I'm feeling better, but this morning I was running the horses around by chasing them and THEY wanted to stop! haha Keeping it fun is the best thing. Thanks Harley. I'm getting back into cycling after nearly 10 years, and you were a big inspiration for me going LFRV & getting back to living :D
