Wow, no answers. I guess I'll have to just let it go.
My body has gotten in the routine of going #2 once in the morning (or whenever I wake up) and then once later in the afternoon or evening. Sure sometimes I will go 3 times a day, but I think 2-3 times a day is normal.
i know right? LOL!
Well, it does depend on a few things - what specific fruits you are eating, what other foods (eg. nuts, veggies, overt fats) you are eating and also on what your history of bowel movements look like. Ideally, you should be moving a minimum of 3-4 times a day. However depending on the volume of food you eat, you may go even more than this. The stools should pass easily and effortlessly within seconds of reaching the toilet and you should need little to no toilet roll. And it should feel good coming out, and like it is complete once finished. You shouldn't feel like you still need to go. There should be little to no odour and the stool should be formed in one stool, which should be very large.
I suggest squatting on the toilet for optimum bowel health, rather than sitting down on the toilet as we are accustomed too. Get your feet up on the bowl. If you can't do this then get yourself a stool to raise your feet. This will make stools much easier to pass and will ensure they are completely passed rather than partially passed.
Thanks for the info. I do use a stool. I will keep along with the diet. I only go about twice a day right now. Looking forward to more. I usually go after a big meal of bananas.
Not getting the visual on the squatting with a stool thing. Where can i get more info?
