Yeah response from Yahoo not to reliable the people who answer there are all constipated :), most people are back up for several days. One time per day your not completely blocked but your definitely constipated, unless it is gargantuan. A normal transition is 24 hours.
In general if you have 3 meals you should be going approximately 3 times every day, typically around the times of the meals. Dr Graham mentions this in one of his vids (I will try to find it)
Although it can vary a little sometimes more sometimes a bit less. 3-5 is good. Most 811ers it is between 3-5 you can have your off days when you have less juicy fruits or water intake is not as high.You usually catch up on 811 so it tends to balance out. When you go 811 you start to notice the foods you ate the day before but for most it takes about 3 days or more at the beginning of getting rid of what they had blocked up (quite eye opening). A friend of mine started banana island on Saturday and 4 days later finally had a bowel movement that was bananas. He was once a day sometimes none before now he is starting already to go 2-4 a day.
Most are like this when they start it can take a couple of months of before it becomes really regular.
Colon cancer is the third leading cancer and is highly related to constipated people.
I would'nt be suprised if I was constipated, myself knowing my past eating history :0)
I would'nt say my stool was gargantuan however since I've uped my fruit intake tenfold my stool output has increased immensley to what I would call a large bowel movement. It seems I've stil got alot a internal crap (pun intended) to move :0)
I do notice that when I have a cooked meal my digestion slows up considerably and thats when I have no bowel movement for a day of so.

I think there should be an elimination for each meal eaten.
Anything more than twice a week is abnormal.
Crapping your body length per day is quite normal for healthy people. Get out a tape measure whilst your visiting the woods.
pretty much once per meal, about 2-3 times a day.. more is fine too.
around 3 or 4 times,,increasing amount,,every month.
May 811ers will claim after every meal.
Before 811, I went once every two days.
Now I go one time everyday, but it is very easy and clean and I could probably use that measuring stick DR was referring too:D I am middle aged and beat myself up on SAD previously, so that might explain being less frequent.
