for some reason i am getting well... i am returning to normal thank god!! I dont know why but i am guessing I am overcoming adrenal fatigue.
Anyways... I am at the next stage of wellness now, my energy is returning and I feel electric! I just did a run yesterday but my body is really sore.
should i hit it again today?? i need to do something or i will explode!! is there such thing as rest in our hclf world?

Permalink Reply by Julie S on August 13, 2012 at 12:27pm If you are sore, but still feel energetic, I would recommend doing a low-impact athletic activity and don't consider it to be training (examples: walking, hiking on level ground, leisurely swimming, etc.) This will help exert your energy without over training your body, and it will help you relax a bit. You will still have to increase your calories accordingly.
Permalink Reply by Wendy Harvey on August 13, 2012 at 12:42pm that is a good idea jewels about the swimming....hmmmm but i am scared of chlorine... what to do, what to do hmmmm
Permalink Reply by Dovima on August 13, 2012 at 2:25pm I use the health club L.A. Fitness and the pool there uses only trace amounts of chlorine, it's mostly saline; it's wonderful to swim in.
I exercise until I'm tired. I'm overweight and my body is changing for the better.

Permalink Reply by Julie S on August 13, 2012 at 2:15pm I like to leisurely roller blade for full body low-impact activity. Avoid hills as you are still recovering.

Permalink Reply by Wendy Harvey on August 13, 2012 at 2:18pm is it really bad to keep jogging if i am still very sore?
Permalink Reply by Paul Newcomb on August 13, 2012 at 3:12pm Most likely. Running again before you're recovered is a good way to injure yourself, trust me....
Is it a muscle pain or tendon pain?
