I started last week and created a shedule:
- 60 push ups (2 x 30) a day
- 60 sit ups (2 x 30) a day
- 20 pull ups (2 x 10) a day
And that 6 times a week.I allow myself one day of rest.
If I miss a day I allow myself to catch it up during that week in order to reach my weekly total.
It isn't that much and takes me no longer then the length of an average song :)
But it's really fulfilling and makes me feel great.
