I have decided to exclude overt fats from my 100 days training for 80/10/10 by the book. To me this is a no brainer. My body has a history of storing fat too easily and I'm finally getting my body fat % down. I want it to be 22% by the end of the 100 day training.
How many others are doing the same? Why? Any problems/challenges? Thanks for your input.
I quit overts 2 weeks ago, because i felt that i just had more cravings while eating them. I will try to do it 2-3 months and see if its doing any good...

I feel amazing without them, when I started eating more fruit the cravings for them just went away
Haven't eaten overts for a month or so, maybe more, and i feel great! Just like Elisa i felt that i had cravings and didn't feel as great (I still felt really good, don't get me wrong) as i do now that i don't eat overts.

I have been doing overts once a week, but I notice a difference (sluggish) when I do eat them, so now I'm excluding overts and feel cleaner.
