So right now I'm 15 years old, 130 lbs and 5'6. I'm currently doing low fat high carb vegan with about 70-90% of my diet raw depending on the day (anything not raw is usually rice, oats, and chickpeas). I do competitive dance and I'm dancing between 3-5 hours 4 days a week. About 50% of the hours are vigorous(dancing) 25% moderate(warming up) and 25% sedentary (Stretching). It's a lot of exercise so I'm worried I'm not eating enough calories. I eat about 2000-3000 calories a day. Any input would be great.
P.S. If anyone knows, how much extra fluid should i drink? Thanks!

Eat MINIMUM 5g of carbs per lb of bodyweight per day
10g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per day.
Drink enough water so you're wizzn clear at least 10 times a day and a few times a night.
Get to bed early. Stay fit for life.
