hello everybody,
i have this problem with my calories.
My basic caloric need according to the dr. Grahams book is 1600 calories. add those 200 for simple daily activities like walking etc. and we get to 1800.
I have an office based job, so during the day, I dont do much vigorous activity. I work out in the evening, which could burn some 300-400 calories.
that said, I hould consume about 2100-220 calories a day. I am really confused though, because I keep reading that I should go for 3000 calories.
what do you guys think, do I need to consume those 3000 I keep reading about, or is just what I counted - 2100-2200 is OK? Btw. I feel good and energetic even if I eat 1800-1900 some days.
I dont want to be undereating, and I am really concerned now.
Thanks for your answers.
