Hey everybody I've been struggling for a while to get that 100% on cronometer. IF this can be done, how do you do it :D?
Also Could you lay down the meals you eat to attain this.

Adjust your nutritional targets per these recommendations:
Well I didn't really mean adjusting my needs... I just meant like what foods do you, or anyone else eat throughout the day to get all your amino acids, and various other needs.
