30 Bananas a Day!

How do women look longterm on this lifestyle? NO EXCEPTIONS! :)

This has been my experience observing  people on this lifestyle. People eventually get to a 2,3,4 or 8 no matter where they come from. For a 7 to become a 3 is going to take longer than a 0 to a 3.

2,3,4 or 8. NO EXCEPTIONS to the rule EVER lol! If you want more tone than flop then you just have to become a faster runner and be able to lift heavier objects. Dont worry, your not a man so your not going to become bigger unless your injecting testosterone like those female body buliders HAVE to.

Yeah I know some people will call 2,3 & 4 'FAT!' but they just have some mental issues they need to work out. ;)

PS: 9 is 1000% on steroids. Just like the body rock chick on youtube.

Here is the scale for the fella's.

0, 6, 7 and 9 are all scary!

Currently a 4 and getting fitter by the day :)

i'm between a 1 and 2. I'm working towards and full 2 or 8. I walk everyday.I combine different exercises, some are from bodyrock, and whatever else i find on you tube.

I'm almost a 3, working to a 2 :) Whoop Whoop, Go Fruity!!

Came from a 4, now somewhere between a 3 and a 2.

could any of the long term 811's post some pics???? I wanna see the transition!!

I was raw 811 for 8 months, and then over christmas completely caved and am still kicking my butt to get as dedicated as i was before. So my pics don't really qualify...

I was between 0 and 1 before veganism.. I was never anorexic but I just couldn't put on weight no matter what or how much I ate.. Now I'm closer to a 2 and strive to be a bit more like 8 - I would like to be a bit "bigger" :)

Mette you look fabulous! :)

I'm just about exactly the same size as you Mette; I'm happy with my body but trying to get stronger. I can do cardio until I keel over but am struggling with bodyweight training, push ups and pull ups in particular! It'll come :) Great to not have to even think about gaining unwanted weight, but more important to focus on overall health and fitness, strength and happiness!

Thank you Benny! :)

Hylas - That is exactly what I am working on right now too - I also want to be stronger and have a hard time doing just 6 pushups in a row lol.. so my bodyweight is actually the ideal for strenght training right now :p I have noticed that I'm getting quick results and already looks more muscular with the minimum of training I have done - that's really amazing I think :)

Here you go lucy.

I was a "5" before vegan & 811.

I'm now 2-3. 2 years on this lifestyle.
