This has been my experience observing people on this lifestyle. People eventually get to a 2,3,4 or 8 no matter where they come from. For a 7 to become a 3 is going to take longer than a 0 to a 3.
2,3,4 or 8. NO EXCEPTIONS to the rule EVER lol! If you want more tone than flop then you just have to become a faster runner and be able to lift heavier objects. Dont worry, your not a man so your not going to become bigger unless your injecting testosterone like those female body buliders HAVE to.
Yeah I know some people will call 2,3 & 4 'FAT!' but they just have some mental issues they need to work out. ;)
PS: 9 is 1000% on steroids. Just like the body rock chick on youtube.

Just cos our idols are on the juice (not talking carrot, apple and celery OR pomegranate), doesnt mean its the end of the world. Hey, I used to think Lance just ate healthy and trained smart too.

If I got the chance to put my life savings down on a bet that Zuz is on the juice then I would in an instant. Id also probably feel so sorry for the sucker that I profited off, that I would give em back their money when the lab tests came in. lol!
I remember watching Floyd Landis and Ivan Basso on TV and saying to myself 'crikey! how obvious do they want to make it!'. People gave me flak when I shared my opinion. Time proved me right.
Heck why WOULDNT Zuz juice? She eats bacon and eggs and isnt exactly into health unless it means weight loss. Bit like Mark Sisson. He even promotes testosterone injections/HGH usage lol!

2 is a healthy thin. @ is toned, tight, and glowing. 1 is frail looking, flappy, and needs some vita D!
