your a real judgemental prick!
sorry durianrider, your account has been banned!
how would you like it if i did that to you?

these are some of the questions i often get whilst im posting or talking about why so many raw names in the scene are falling off the wagon left right and center.

death, mental ward lockdown, medicated, falsely educated, health and fitness disolved, fat gained and muscle lost...these are some of the things ive seen personally in people ive met/known after they followed the often sincere but sincerely wrong advice of various authors, speakers etc in the raw movement today.

i dont like seeing people hit the wall and breakemselves apart. so i speak up when i see a dangerous program being sold or told. this holds the person involved to a higher standard just as i enjoy being held to a higher standard hence i surround myself with people that expect more from me.

it aint nothing personal against anyone, nor am i attacking anyone, rather im attacking the information they are providing and putting it into a debate format. im always around to question, answer questions and be questioned. if someone asks me what i eat/ dont eat I WILL TELL THEM 100% WHAT I ACTUALLY DO DO, rather than what i would like to do or what sounds best.

so when david wolfe says 'kids need cacao and nothing will destroy your immune system faster than sweet fruits, im gonna say otherwise.

when shazzie says 'humans arent meant to be vegan' im gonna say otherwise.

when raw matt says he has lived off 500-1000cals a day for the last year im gonna say otherwise.

when fred bisci says he lives on 2-3hours a night sleep and 4 pieces of fruit a day, im gonna say otherwise.

when victoria boutenko says shes obese from eating steamed kale/asparagus once a month, im gonna say otherwise.

when paul nison says he has been 100% raw vegan for 15 years, im gonna say otherwise.

when people say brian clement, sapoty brook, karen knowler, aajonus vonderplanitz, nomi shannon, victoras kulvinskas, jinjee etc eat 100% raw, im gonna say otherwise.

when people say sun yogi, hrm, jashmusheen are breatharians, im gonna say otherwise.

when matt monarch says he is a raw vegan and then sells enzymes with eggs etc in them, im gonna say something.

my goal is to help end the confusion, delusion and anti fruit pollution by holding people and myself to a higher standard.

staying silent when those around us are hurting themselves or others maybe convenient, but it aint the loving thing to do. speaking the truth may feel hurtful or overwhelming but its the loving thing to do. so many people dont have anyone in their life that loves them enough to speak the truth to them.

acquaintances tell you what you want to hear.
real friends tell you what you need to hear.

we aint in this raw movement to win popularity contests with fake charisma, fake products and fake passion, rather we are in this raw movement to help people reach their health and fitness goals no matter how much hard work it takes.

so we either stand up for somethig or we stand for nothing..

remember, the truth will set you free, but first its gonna piss you off!

love it. your words either make me laugh, think or slap myself for being so stupid in the first place! ha.

well said
yep i would rather see a sermon than listen to one
Great words!
Hear, hear! I can't believe how much money I spent on cacao, maca, powdered greens, bee pollen and other supplements trying to regain my health, as I read the sites and books of some of these hucksters during my search. Thankfully I finally found Swayze's Fit on Raw blog last summer, which had tons of good lfrv info and also led me to 30BaD. I'm so loving the confidence I'm seeing here, in a diet that makes sense to me now, and will probably make even more sense once I receive and read 80-10-10.

DR, I think you're an amazing man and I love reading your posts!
Swayze's Fit on Raw website is WONDERFUL.

Right now she has two sites:

http://www.fitonraw.com
http://www.cookedfoodcravings.com
Good post...I can feel your heart...
That's why I think it's important for everyone on the optimal raw diet to start spreading the word.

There are probably HUNDREDS of raw food teachers who advocate high fat, partially cooked, partial animal products, partially screwed up raw diets that are impossible to sustain.

There are perhaps only a DOZEN or so raw food teachers who advocate a HIGH FRUIT, 100% raw, low fat diet.

There are over 1800 members on this site. If each of the 1800 members here started a blog promoting lfrv and inspired just 10 people to become lfrv there will be 18,000 people!
("Blogger" is free: https://www.blogger.com/start)

If those 18,000 spread the word and inspired just 10 people, there would be 180,000 people!

If those 180,000 continued this trend, we're looking at almost 2 MILLION PEOPLE (1,800,000 to be exact).

If those 1,800,000 continued this trend, we will have 18 MILLION PEOPLE eating lfrv.

18 MILLION becomes 180 MILLION.

180 MILLION becomes 1.8 BILLION.

All because 1 person inspired 10 people!

And I'm just being conservative with the numbers.

2009 is almost over. Let's ALL make 2010 the year where the lfrv message gets out!

All the best,

Karmyn
