I recently decided to join a hot yoga studio, but I haven't gone yet since I've been raw. But last time I went I definitely got much more light headed than normal (when I went regularly eating cooked). Can anyone recommend from experience a good formula or fruits to drink or eat before hand that would help? Or should I just make sure I am super carbed up and hydrated an hour before?

Permalink Reply by Happy Healthy Vegan on April 13, 2012 at 3:19pm i do yoga at least twice a week in a studio (kundalini, not bikram). i find that the regular 80/10/10 eating plans work just fine for me: bananas, dates, smoothies with the two, etc. and i find that i can go to class almost immediately after eating since these foods are so light and easy to digest.
