Holistic Dentist in northern Illinois? Dr. Phillip Sukel

Does anyone have any experience with any holistic dentists in the northern Illinois/ Southern Wisconsin area?  Especially for a young child?  Dr. Sukel's site looks pretty good--no flouride and no mercury... anyone ever used him?  From the looks of it, he's probably a follower of Mercola and going to suggest more grassfed beef, but I can just ignore that suggestion.

My 3 year-old son has had major issues with his teeth (most likely due to intrauterine lead exposure) and now all of his composite fillings that were done by a local health department are falling out.  He is now having nerve pain while eating now because of a gaping hole where one fell out.  He's already had to have three of his front teeth pulled due to the severity of the decay.

I realize that working on a 3 year-old is very challenging and that composite is more difficult to work with than amalgam since you have to make sure it bonds, so I don't fault the health department, who tried their best.   

Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and shell the out-of-pocket costs for a real expert in this area.  :(  

Any advice appreciated.  He is breastfed, eats mostly raw and eats greens daily.
