Hey Fruity Family,
I am working on a project and could really benefit from your help. I am making the quintessential "Proof Piece" to show the world that this diet works and works extremely well to boot.
Anyone who wants in the video, your in. All I need is the place to find your video or photo. If you know of any others too feel free to send me the link.
I want this to be alot like the Dr. Doug's Fitness Stunts video. No more debate, this video shows that this diet works. This will be the piece that we can spread like wildfire, proving the benefits a low fat/high carb raw vegan lifestyle.
No protein deficiencies, just muscle. No overweight problems, just ideal weight. We got it going on! Let's show the whole world!
Videos and pictures need to be to me by Sunday the 23rd. I aim to have the video edited and out by next Wednesday. Don't be shy, if you lost weight, give me a B&A. I would love to include as much of our family as possible.

I've lost over 130 pounds so far and reversed numerous health conditions on a high carb, vegan and eventually raw vegan lifestyle.
You can check out more pics and my story HERE. I can send you more pics if you're interested as well, feel free to contact me. :)
I can't wait to see the final result! Time to show people what's up! Hard to argue with cold-hard results eh? :D
