Hi Everyone!
I wanted to quickly introduce myself... I'm Molly, and I just joined 30bananasaday. I'm just beginning to move towards HCRV and I'm about 75% raw as of now. Any tips on high caloric density fruits would be much appreciated, I'm having some issues fitting enough calories in my body in one meal to keep me from being hungry again shortly afterwards. Thanks everyone and much love!

Permalink Reply by Molly Sky on April 11, 2012 at 4:23am Awesome, thanks so much for the tips, Nicole! As for the citrus, did you eat a lot when you were just starting out? I was thinking citrus was something I might work up to, because of its cleansing properties, but if you never ran into any problems maybe I'll just go ahead and get a bunch of oranges.
