HELP Im addicted to bananas and avocados!
i have decided to cut out avocado for a few days since i was eating a lot...now i realize that i think i have a banana addiction as well...its all i wanna eat and they r kinda high in cal so it makes it hard to restrict my calories which is what i want to do right now. why do u think i am so addicted? has this happened to u? what should i do?

make it your mantra. say it over and over again as an affirmation. write it in your journal, write it on your walls. saturate yourself with it until you believe it. you know RGG didn't just magically wake up one morning as the goddess we know and love - her story started in a SADder place, and she's gotten herself here through her positive mental attitude, so can you! You're a BIG, STRONG, FIT, UNRESTRICTED VIOLET, not a little shrinking one!
