Hi everyone I was wondering if i could get some advice on reversing Gastric Reflux. I am also having issues with Anxiety and Panic attacks. I want to get past this so that I can move forward with health and wellness.

After that, focus on mono or simple meals of fruit and lettuce greens, but eat a rainbow over a period of time.
Avoid high oxalate foods like kale, spinach, grains, tubers and potatoes, legumes and beans, and most nuts and seeds.
