You can try a banana island or a fruit island of your favorite fruit for about 3-10 days to allow healing of your digestive system.
After that, focus on mono or simple meals of fruit and lettuce greens, but eat a rainbow over a period of time.
Avoid high oxalate foods like kale, spinach, grains, tubers and potatoes, legumes and beans, and most nuts and seeds.
