Help! Dehydration and Sports: Drinking plenty, Peeing Clear But Suffering From Dehydration?

I need a little help here. I've now suffered from dehydration and cotton mouth half way through two of my soccer games. Why? I'm drinking loads of water, peeing clearly, and my spit before the first half is always plentiful.
Since beginning 811 my endurance has faltered. Where before I could run circles around those who've been playing longer than me, I now grow as weary as they are, which is completely unacceptable to me. I believe this is due to the dehydration if that is what it is.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

I've been 100% raw for two weeks now and I've been on and off with sleep as I always have been; however, the two nights prior to my game I had plenty of sleep. I'm eating butt loads of bananas, a good amount of dates, berries, melons, and greens.

I haven't measured my precise caloric intake but I have been watching my weight. I've dropped two - three pounds since beginning, which I believe was water retention that has been lost from cutting out salt. Those pounds came off within the first five days. Since then my weight has been steady at 168 lbs. (I'm 6'2").
i have had this problem too where i drank plenty of water but felt like i had the worst hangover of my life. dizzy, horrible headache, tired. i just kept drinking water because i felt so dehydrated but would just pee it out right away. i had been doing 80/10/10 100% for a few months, getting enough calories, drinking enough water, no salt, very few overts, etc before this started happening. i had a feeling it had to do with sodium levels so as an experiment i mixed about 1/8 tsp of salt in some water and drank it. i felt completely better within a few hours. so i started tracking everything i ate on cronometer to see what my sodium levels looked like and i was only getting about 200-300 mg sodium a day. i don't really know what the recommended amount is, but since then i have made a serious attempt to increase my sodium from fruits and vegetables. so now i try to get about 1000mg a day from celery juice mostly, along with swiss chard, cantaloupe, coconut water, greens, etc. i will especially load up any days i am really active. as long as i am diligent about getting enough sodium, i am good to go. but if i start slacking i will feel the headache and dizziness coming on again. hope that helps...
Sunshower, I will try your experiment and hope that a bit more sodium brings my body back into alignment. I did have some coconut water a few hours before my game, but it obviously didn't help. I'll give the celery juice a try as well. Thanks.
Its a sodium issue. I've been having the same problem and its killed my sporting activities this summer so far. And I've been lfrv for 7 months!! I'm throwing in the towel and ordered some salt-mineral capsules because its been a record breaking heat wave this summer so far and not letting up. Some people adjust, others of us dont for some reason. I It will be 2 weeks before I know if this works. I dont understand the dehydration/ultra low blood pressure thing on giving up salt.
