I need a little help here. I've now suffered from dehydration and cotton mouth half way through two of my soccer games. Why? I'm drinking loads of water, peeing clearly, and my spit before the first half is always plentiful.
Since beginning 811 my endurance has faltered. Where before I could run circles around those who've been playing longer than me, I now grow as weary as they are, which is completely unacceptable to me. I believe this is due to the dehydration if that is what it is.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
