30 Bananas a Day!

Hello 30BaDers, I am glad and very excited to discover this amazing community. My name is Steve alias veganrawgeek811. I'm 32 years old and I live in Paris, France. I'm looking forward to share, meet and learn from amazing passionnate green conscious healthy people...

So Who am I ?

I'm a concerned citizen of Earth human animal spiritual activist fit multisport athlete holistic ultimate geek truth seeker ethical abolitionist joyful vegan fruitarian raw foodist

My vegan history :

How did I get here ? My love for sport and nutrition, my passionnate quest to find optimal wellness, holistic health and a spiritual harmony with our universe...

Six years ago I became vegetarian for health reasons. Later I studied Eastern philosophy, and listened the amazing Vegetarian Food for Thought Podcast written by the american activist Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. I'm an abolitionist vegan for 4 years now for ethical reasons.

In 2009 I watched the Rawkahton hosted by Kevin Gianni.

I listened to all the passionnate interesting famous raw food coaches as Victoria Boutenko, Gabriel Cousens, David Wolfe, Mike Adams, Viktoras Kulvinskas, Nomi Shannon, Cherie Soria, Happy Oasis, Frederic Patenaude, Douglas Graham, Matt Monarch, Karen Knowler...

As an athlete, Douglas Graham's interview interests me a lot. After listening to him, I ordered and bought his amazing book "the 80/10/10 Diet". I read his book in one week-end. His holistic views about health and nutrition was a big revelation. It makes sense...I follow a low fat raw vegan diet since 2009. Today I'm feeling fine, full of energy, powerful and vibrant as ever. .I am so grateful to Dr Douglas Graham...Thank you so much Mr Douglas Graham for writing this excellent book and sharing your knowledge...

My objectives in this sad but wonderful world :

Look upward and share the Wonders I've seen.

Learn and acquire knowledge to understand the Chronic Assholism Behavior of Mankind.

Even If I know True Knowledge is absolute, but Human Knowledge is relative.

Make daily choices reflecting my deepest values

Raise Consciousness,

Seek and Spread the Truth, Love, Kindness, Compassion, Peace, Understanding, Happiness

Promote freedom, veganism, raw foodism, optimal wellness, holistic health and education

Take personal responsability

Think outside the box

My only frontier is the infinite of the universe.
My geekdom is my catharsis. Life is like weather. It changes every day.

Life is frakking amazing, awesome and beautiful like a rainbow or a juicy fruit !

Live and enjoy life to the fullest !

Raw Vegan Fruitarian Forever !
