hi my name is alex, I am new to the forum and the site I am currently transitioning from being vegan to raw. I am also looking into the 811 diet and am ordering a copy of it. I would love to meet new friends on here.

Hi Alex!! I transitioned from vegan to raw in January this year and have learned a ton from this site. and am still learning i feel like I already read the book but I am just starting to read it next week when i get it in the mail. I'd love to share thoughts with you as we read it.

It is soooo true that 90% of the time when you don't feel like exercising you end up really happy you did afterward!
Very nice Apple Man, sums up the feeling. When you feel good on this diet you feel SOOOO good, like yesterday for me, moments of euphoria! I have to remember how I feel for days when I'm not as pumped up. Good stuff man!

Do you live in the UK?? In Europe they have to label stuff as GMO legally, in the US and Canada they do not. The FDA or USDA does not want to scare people away from eating GMOs so they are not labelled.
