30 Bananas a Day!

Just curious if anyone has gone as far as to get a full physical including bloodwork to chart changes/improvement from eating a SAD or even vegan or high fat raw to what it is now being low fat raw vegan.... I'm also interested to hear some success stories from long term LFRVs. I'm just getting started and need some inspiration! (and guidance)

YES, I have, and it was way better after 80/10/10 (i never really did the whole fat raw thing)! And btw, I was already vegan before...

After one year and a half being 80/10/10 that is when I did my first blood tests on this diet...so it might take some time till everything lines up if you're just starting out.
