I've been diagnosed with Hallux Rigidus about a year ago. I'm interested if anyone else has (or had) this condition. The foot doc said it is not curable and the best that can be done is an operation. When i was hard core 80/10/10 i noticed pain going down a bit. Curious if others had similar experiences.. For those too lazy to google, HR is a gout like calcification of a major joint (usually big toe joint as in my case).. Thx in advance.
