since you started lfrv have you seen any "dramatic" change on your hair - hairgrowth, thickness and so on?

Also... when I originally became vegetarian my hair became naturally curly/wavy for the first time ever. As a vegan it is even more so.
Permalink Reply by Chanda Esparza on April 14, 2012 at 2:16pm How long did it take all of you to notice a difference in your hair? A month? Six months? A year? I'm hoping to heal my hair. I know everyone is different, but I'm curious about how long I should wait to see results.
Permalink Reply by WendyE on April 14, 2012 at 6:05pm Everyone is different. ;-) Not what you were hoping for, I know. Not using regular shampoo is HUGE, though, a big help.
Permalink Reply by Tarah @ 40 Below Fruity on April 14, 2012 at 8:26pm I've noticed a big difference. Since I stopped using all products and shampoos over a year ago, combined with the lfrv lifestyle my hair is much thicker. It has also gotten very very curly. It grows much faster as well.
Permalink Reply by Cynthia on March 26, 2013 at 11:46am When I do LFRV, even for just a few days, my hair gets very bouncy and curly (always had curly/wavy hair but on low fat and raw it's much more). Also notice less oiliness and less brittle ends.
