30 Bananas a Day!

Hi everyone, I have been following this life style for 4 months. I'm noticing that I'm loosing a lot of hair when I wash my hair. I'm really worried about this. I'm also suffering sharp check pains from time to time. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
I'm 35 year old female.
Here's my daily routine because I've seen people ask for this before they answer a question...

445am get up and workout- cardio and weights

7am breakfast 3 bananas and 1 cup blueberries made into ice cream 600-800 grams of grapes, 5-6 dates

1pm lunch- green salad, 600 grams of grapes or 2 cups of rice

6pm walk or weights at the gym

7pm dinner large salad with 1/4 of avocado in the dressing

Snacks a few more grapes or handful of dates
