Hi everybody,
at the moment I really have problems eating my greens. Just thinking about a lettuce leaf makes me want to puke (sorry, lettuce...).
Is my body telling me to focus on fruit rather than greens?
Do you think it is more important to eat what you "should" eat or just listen to what your body tells you, because after all he might know what he needs?
I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Permalink Reply by Carla Frazier on March 22, 2012 at 4:14am After a day without greens, if my body doesn't feel like it, then the next day my body craves them so badly. Try a night or two without them (or even a week), you will eventually really feel like eating them again!

Permalink Reply by Nate on March 22, 2012 at 8:16am If you don't like bananas try something else. Perhaps your just not hungry? Skip a meal and then see if bananas taste good. Go a few weeks/days without bananas and try them again and see if you like them. Perhaps eat bananas with other foods to find a combination you enjoy.
Permalink Reply by Nate on March 22, 2012 at 8:14am Go with what you feel like but keep experimenting periodically with foods you previously did not like. You may suddenly start to like them. If your just eating fruit and feel great go with it. If your eating primarily fruit and feeling crappy try adding more greens/overts.
Permalink Reply by Jacjooba on March 22, 2012 at 8:22am If you feel ill while eating greens it usually means you have parasites, and it is the parasites that are making you feel ill because they do not like the greens. I would recommend you keep taking them and stick with it, you will see it through. Also try shots of wheat grass in the morning. A colon cleans would be great in the form of a enema.
