What do you think of adding Grass Powders or Algae Powders to blenders full of fruit or simply having the green powders with water?

Permalink Reply by Whitedi ellen on May 16, 2012 at 5:00pm I was adding two scoops of ORAC green power food to my organic frozen blueberries and raspberries until I used it all...haven't went for more yet. It's expensive, but I felt it was a good practice to add all these green to my fruit. This way I knew I was getting a good sum of greens for the day along with a dinner salad later on.

fractured food , what a joke
and eating stuff from the sea? are you out of your mind (not kidding)!? b12 analogs salt , protists are not even vegan. they are more animal cell than plant and eat anything including dead sea matter of other sentient creatures , filters of the sea.
Permalink Reply by Whitedi ellen on June 14, 2012 at 8:38pm Hey, different strokes for different folks...made me feel real good. You must be referring to a different product then what I had....my ORAC was organic vegan, non GMO. No dead sea matter. I didn't find those ingredients anywheres. Besides it's not nutrients I was consuming daily... it's in the place of, a quick fix for when you don't have any greens on hand. Most people know nothing replaces fresh picked fruits and vegs...no one should think they can replace good nutrition by always substituting with some formulated powder. What a joke
