Just wondering what you all think about adding green juices in order to get more greens in...I can easily eat one bunch of romaine per day and a little spinach in my smoothie. However --- I want to make sure I am getting two pounds of quality greens in for protein, minerals and all the goodies. I was wondering if I should start making spinach juice or something. Share any recipes if you have them too! :-D
I add green juice to my fruit smoothies. Kale, Broccoli, celery, chard etc.
