Just wanted to post about some GREAT RESULTS!!
I always drenched my salads In apple cider vinegar and oils and scared of the switch to this lifestyle for that. Now my taste buds are just fine with plain lettuce and celery. I just can't believe now how salty it tastes.
I am now able to easily eat 30 plus bananas a day and just can't believe how awesome feel. I also use to eat meat 4-5 days a week and hate the thought of eating a bite now.
I can't believe how much better my body feels also. I quit coffee and used to drink 6 cups a day and now I am just blasting with energy all day long. I drive around a lot for work and stop and playgrounds all day just to burn off all this extra energy( push-ups pull-ups). I also can already do 5-10 extra push-ups on every max out attempt. And then I can go home play with kids all night and plenty of energy still for the wife still.
P.S. I used to be the Paleo Diet KING along with calorie restricting and plenty of protein junk powders. That was a complete waste of 5yeArs. This is the way to GO!!
