How do you manage 811 when eating out with family in a restaurant. My mum want to go out and celebrate her past birthday next month, its possible that they create something. Last time they brought me vegetable, i said that I am vegan. My family had there special dinner of the day.
How do you manage it when you going out in a restaurant, I badly can say some salad with vegetable and fruit without vegetable oil, vinegar, nuts and seeds. My family don't like it so much that I eat my salad without oil or pine nuts for last time.
What do you say to the waitress that sounds not so strange. I think my family want me to make a exception this one day.

One of the last times we went together, it was an Italian restaurant with a salad bar. There were greens, veggies, even some fruits. I was in salad heaven. Unfortunately, the greens they had for everyone were my meal.
If you are going for dinner, just make sure you get your calories and carbs in early in the day.
