30 Bananas a Day!

Getting closer to a complete life changing experience

Hi ya everyone, I joined 30bad months ago but this is my first post as I'm currently going through a separation and have yet to commit myself 100% to a raw vegan diet. I have however been cooked vegan for 6 years and started to incorporate more raw last June.

On July 27th I'm moving out and into my own space where for the first time ever I'll have zero temptation to eat cooked foods (there won't be any!) and can start afresh and gain back my health.

I currently weigh 15 stone due to my love of beer but have already given up the booze and feel better already.

I also run vegan cookery classes and have a catering trailer I take to events and festivals, all this will have to go through the raw transition as how can I promote cooked foods when I'm taking the raw route, wouldn't make sense would it?

Big love to you all, your going to be my guiding light and this forum will become my source of inspiration and advice.

Oh well, no hellos then.....

Sorry to hear of your separation- life changes this big are never easy. Think of it this way... nothing good and truly worth anything ever comes easily. Great things are coming your way my friend. Just remember to go one day at a time and remember ultimately it's the direction in which you travel and not the speed in which you get there.

I'm happy now......sorry but I thought no one wanted to correspond with me, thanks for all the replies, it means a lot. Yeah, a separation is hard but life goes on and I'm a very optimistic person who loves life so onwards and upwards.

I've been interested in raw foods since June 2011 after attending a raw food day with Karen Knowler in Cambridge, UK. ever since I've been dabbling with raw food preparation and have finally decided to take the plunge and go high raw at the end of this month.

I have everything in place including my beloved Vita-mix to conjure up exciting raw organic meals and joined this forum for support and guidance. I'm taking the 80/10/10 approach and would love to gain inspiration from all you guys.

Thank you everyone...
