I eat fruit all day, occasionally a few nuts, seriously a few.
At night my insides churn and make all sorts of noises, some gas, and no poop.
Is it just my body still adjusting? I have been eating all raw for about 1 month.
Thoughts please?
Oh and it is typically mono meals.

Permalink Reply by Anette Marie on June 8, 2012 at 1:55am Gas and bloating can be everything from detoxification to bad food combining, but since you eat mainly mono meals, I would guess detox. The cells in your body eliminates built up waste from your previous years of eating, everybody is different and the time can vary. Matt and Angela Stokes Monarch explains how the body works on detox very well! Also make sure you drink enough water and don't eat late at night;)

They just churn!!!
It too shall pass then. All righty then.
