oh dear!!!!... I don't believe i am watching this right now... how dreadfully sad... and ignorant and in denial... To say the least... This is a vegan forum DR, do we really have to watch stuff like this? I come here for intelligent discussion :) ... I am going to turn it off now... x

Um, there is actually a video of a hippo rushing to an impalas defense against a crocodile. I feel sorry for this lady, because she is so drained she's even using lazy reasoning. She's probably starving (for nutrition) even as she eats towards her death.

One thing we should take seriously though are the nasty comments she is getting, now they could just be from flamers, but I would like to see people who claim compassion as one of their touchstones (i.e. vegans) actually practice compassion across the board. I know that there is anger towards ignorant people who mistreat animals, and rightly so, towards the terrible actions. However, if we act withpout compassion, then the whole thing ends up ringing hollow. We need to have congruence in our message and actions. We need to walk the talk.
