I'm happy to be eating all this beautiful fruit, drinking lots of water and sleeping as much as I can! But where did all this NEW cellulite come from?
I eat bananas, berries, dates, mango's and melons mostly. I eat overt fats on an off. I drink 3+ liters of water a day and sleep a minimum of 8 hours a night. I exercise minimum 5 days a week for 30-90 minutes a day.
My twin sister is right there with me, she has new cellulite too.
Does cellulite come from hydration? Dehydration?
Is this the beginning process of our bodies filling with nourishment and purging fat?
Is this a sign that our bodies need more water rich fruits and sleep?
If you've experienced this or know exactly whats going on please respond.
Aloha from Maui~Twin goddesses xoxo

I had a friend that put on 80lbs whilst doing 811. She just didnt include the 'other stuff' when she told other people though lol!
'Cellulite' is just excess fat. Get fit to burn the fat. Be patient. Hit the weights too if you want to tone up the skin.

cellulite doesn't suddenly appear because of a lack of dry brushing.
weights could definitely help give shape and definition to the softer areas.

does more or less have a direct effect on cellulite? This is what I'm desperate to figure out. I'm still working on stretching my stomach but I'm very sensitive to overeating and food combining. I often have headaches and tummy issues, but it doesn't last too long.
