30 Bananas a Day!

I re started 80/10/10 only 9 days ago and since that time I have been severely constipated. I look like I'm pregnant with twins. I have continued to eat because otherwise I think I will fall off the wagon. But seriously?!? I don't even know how this is possible and I have never been constipated for this long in my life. I'm usually very regular, even just as a vegan. It's really getting unbearable and I don't know what to do. It's really affecting my daily routine and I am completely emotionally frustrated. Any advice?

I have often wondered if blending changes the fiber of whole foods so that peristalsis has nothing to grab onto ?
Anyone have any thoughts about whole food fiber vs smooth blended fiber ?
should I fast until I see results? I've tried massaging and it hasn't helped much but I appreciate the suggestion.
did you go for a run or a good sweat?

Hey girl - Are you at all stressed out? I am what my husband calls an "anxious pooper". During times of high stress or when I'm moving around jumping houses, I CAN'T GO! It's crazy I know, but maybe if you pinpoint the source of your stress everything can relax and start moving again :P

I've known a few girls - "anxious poopers" for sure - that won't use a toilet unless it is ABSOLUTELY clean, and wouldn't poop until they returned home which sometimes would be more than 24 hours like on a trip. You wouldn't want to be around when the sh*t literally hits the bowl!!

On a related note - Don't be sitting and sh*tting on the 'throne', always squat the dot!! Squatting is the natural way to eliminate, have you ever observed cats, dogs, or any other animals? They're not doing it sitting down, and neither should you! Don't know for sure but I suspect you're not a squatter yet.

I went for a short run to no avail. I am really tired and do not have the energy to go longer in this condition. I really need to know if I should eat or not tomorrow? I am praying for a bm in the morning but I'm trying not to get my hopes up.
get a heating pad, caster oil, and massage the oil (sticky) into your abdomem area, and around your sides (colon area) and lay down for an hour with the heat on your belly. You'll need to put a cloth/towel between your bare skin and the heat pad or bottle, as the caster oil is super sticky...wash off once you're ready, lots of soapy water. If you're able to do this tonight, great! Massage your colon in the morning, and it should help as well..

p.s. it also sounds like it's emotional - holding, fear of release.... your destructive food behaviours/binges that were a couple of weeks ago are stuck in there. Forgive and let go. And try not to stress about 'not going' because stress causes blocks/holding as well...
I experienced this in the beginning too. I decided to eat only sweet, juicy, high water fruits for a couple days like lots of melon, grapes, peaches, and mangoes and that made a huge difference.

Or, some senna tea. I did that too. Yes, 9 days is too long.
Hmm I have no idea why you are constipated. I think you might though, look inside, ask your higher self to tell you what is wrong
