So my hubby convinced me to go to nutricionist to talk about my diet the guy, told me that:
1. white sugars=fructose
2. I will be diabetic
3. My body fat will increase because my diet its full of carbs
4. That I should be eating 60% carbs, 20% protein and 20% fat
5. That I need aminoacids and veg and fruits dont have them all.
6. protein from veg and fruit are not good/complete
Ok, so full BS. I tried to reason with him, but I giggle few times as well :p
Now Im getting blood test for him to confirm that Im lacking/have compromised:
1. vit D
4. High Blood sugar
5. Liver funtion
7. Kidney Funtion
He also recommened Sun warrior protein shake and this article.
My question: How do I prepare for the blood test? will be the day after tomorrow.
Been 80 10 10 for 3 months almost(jan 16)
Mostly fruits, and some greens, and nuts, seeds, avocado once at week. Some rice
Do you have bloodwork pre-lfrv to compare?
All I have is ultrasound of intrauterine fibroid and breast cyst which I hope wont have next check up.
Then remember you don't know what your levels were before you went 811. 3 months is too short to create any deficiency so you are really testing to see what your pre-811 blood work was, lol. Which is great, then you can see where you are going when you test again later.
Thats great to know, when should I get next blood test them?
Thanks so much, I will look that up :)
Tell that nutritionist he's full of manure..:)
Good luck with the test. I'm sure it will go fine. If anything is out of sorts with the test it is just an opportunity to fine tune and fix it further! Then you can go back in three months and knock the wind out of him so to speak.
Never seen the fructose, yes I told him some diabetic ppl get better with this diet, he was like everyone is different! By the way Im quite skinny :(
I forward him the study ;)
Blood Results, what do you guys think?
Start supplementing B12 and D.
I think you need B12 shots or sublinguals ASAP! 153 is way too low!
Also some good amount of sunshine or UV lamp for your D!
Other than that I think you're fine, but I'm no blood test expert.. maybe Durianrider will take a look.
