Hi, I'm doing 80/10/10 while at a t'ai chi academy. I train about six hours every day, 1 hour from 6:30 to 7:30, two hours from 9:00 to 11:00, two hours from 3:00 to 5:00, and another hour in the evening from 7:00 to 8:00. Between training, I usually relax and have some fruit, a lot of fruit, and of course a lot of salad with various kinds of greens.
I don't move around right after I consume my meals, since I am famished right after training, and by the time my meal is done, there are still a couple hours before I train again. So, I have sugar entering my blood. What happens with a stomach full of fruit, sitting around? I would like some answers that speak to the science of what might be negative about this. I do not see myself always exercising after eating, but sitting around with fruit in my stomach does not feel too good. Thanks.
