I make about 10 1/2 cups of this wonderful tasty meal and drink it through out my busy and physically active work day.
My Ambrosia-Banana-Citrus smoothie is my favorite. Here's my recipe: 2 packages - 455gms frozen banana chunks. I put 2 ripe whole bananas in also weighing apx 120gms each. I add 113 gms of Kiwi (1 large), 1 slice pineapple 251G, strawberries 236 grms, 1 mango 216 gms and the juice of 1 navel, 2 small grapefruit, and 2 tangerines. YUMMMM
Every few days I am adding more bananas. Yesterday I hig 1214 grms total! Yea!
What is your favorite recipe?

Permalink Reply by Andy B on June 10, 2012 at 11:57am Usually about 7-9 bananas, 3-5 mangos, bok choy to taste (I use 6-8 full size leaves). The bitterness of the bok choy "mellows out" the sugar and what you get, in my opinion, is a relaxing drink.

Permalink Reply by Jamie T on June 9, 2012 at 9:47am Generally I keep it simple. Bananas & water occasionally a little cinnamon if I've been hitting the bananas hard.
Dates & water.
Lately I've been really enjoying juicing about 10 valencia oranges & throwing the juice in the blender with 2 or 3 mangoes. And some ice if it's a really hot day.
About the most adventurous I get is dates, banana & cinnamon together.
oranges and mangos, you're making me salivate....
Today, 7 bananas, about a cup cherries, greens & 1/2 liter of water YUMMMMMMMMMM
Permalink Reply by AJ on June 9, 2012 at 10:57am Absolute greatest smoothie IMO, which I've been eating almost exclusively the past week-
Apples, grapes, strawberries, dates. Adjust for your taste/caloric needs. I like mine SUPER sweet and tangy =]
