The most adapted fruit for human are all the fruits in banana family..
The people are generally used to eat their calorie in 3 meals.
So I suggest 3 banana meal a day..
and one optional( not mandatory) 4 meal with all other fruits + baby green
Develop your pure feeling for whole food not processed.. not mixed..no recipe. no cooking.. no spices and no salt...etc
